Prototyping of the glass and carbon fiber components on the production setup has begun. The Kuka robots have been synced using roboteam, the custom effectors have been tested to create variable component geometries, the resin mixture has been calibrated for our fabrication process and the winding syntax has been developed to create moldless carbon fiber reinforced composite structures. You can also follow the development of the pavilion on FACEBOOK.
